Ahead of the prestigious international event held in Samarkand on 21–22 October — the World Summit “Investing in Children’s Wellbeing: A Path to Sustainable and Equitable Development for Future Generations” — the Head of the UNICEF Representation in Uzbekistan, Regina Maria Castillo, shared her thoughts on the significance of the Summit and on the joint efforts being made for children’s wellbeing.
According to her, the Summit will serve to discuss effective cooperation and new opportunities for children’s rights, their wellbeing and their future.
