Mentioning the Summit & using its materials.

Accreditation, attendance and use of Summit materials constitute acceptance of this Policy.

Obtaining accreditation, participating in events, and using the materials of the World Summit on Investing in Children's Wellbeing — a path to sustainable and equitable development for future generations — constitutes agreement with this Policy.

1Mentioning the Summit

When using the Summit's official information, press releases, statements, statistics, photo, video and audio materials, or when quoting participants' remarks, all published, distributed or broadcast materials must include a mention of the World Summit on Investing in Children's Wellbeing or its official short name. When using materials from the official Summit website, the source and/or a link to the official Summit website must be indicated.

2Use of quotes

Quotes from Summit participants must be reproduced accurately, without altering their content or distorting their meaning. Using quotes out of the context of a presentation, or interpreting them in a way that could mislead the audience about the speaker's position, is not permitted.

3Publication requirements

Print media, television, radio, online publications, news agencies, bloggers and digital content authors must indicate that the material was prepared as part of the World Summit on Investing in Children's Wellbeing. In all publications, the official name of the Summit should be used at first mention. Photos, videos, interviews, reports and other materials produced during the Summit must be accompanied by an appropriate mention of the Summit in the text, caption, credits, description or other format provided by the relevant distribution platform.

4Use of the Summit logo

The official Summit logo may be used solely for the purpose of covering the Summit and preparing informational materials related to the event. Altering the logo, its individual elements, colour scheme, proportions or graphic execution is not permitted.

5Use on social media

When publishing materials on social media, participants and media representatives must use the official name of the Summit or its official hashtag. Published information must be accurate, reliable, and consistent with the actual events and content of the Summit.

6Responsibility for materials

Participants and media representatives bear sole responsibility for the content of materials they publish, distribute or broadcast, in accordance with applicable law. The Summit organizers are not responsible for editorial materials, comments, opinions and statements by participants published or distributed in the media, blogosphere, social networks or other third-party information resources.

7Use by the organizers

The National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan may use photo, video and audio materials created during the preparation and conduct of the Summit, as well as materials published by media representatives in connection with covering the Summit, for informational, archival and non-commercial purposes, with mandatory attribution where available.
