Foreign correspondents

Under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, accreditation of temporary foreign correspondents may take up to two weeks. Foreign journalists are notified of the outcome by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Representatives of foreign media without valid accreditation in Uzbekistan must additionally obtain accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Organizing Committee recommends applying for accreditation early so that all necessary documents can be prepared in time.
