Summit and 2nd International Congress participants are accommodated at hotels within the Silk Road Samarkand tourist complex — on the same grounds as the Congress Center. Special rates have been arranged for participants and will be provided in response to a request.

Special rates apply to stays from 20 to 23 October 2026.
Requests are accepted until 10 October 2026. Rooms are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Breakfast is included. The tourist tax is not included and is payable at the hotel.
Participants pay the hotel directly online. The Organizing Committee does not accept payments.
The Organizing Committee is not a party to the agreement between the participant and hotel; the hotel may change its terms.
Official channel
The Organizing Committee has not appointed any third-party booking agencies. The only official accommodation contact is accommodation@ihma.uz. Do not share bank card details with anyone except the hotel itself when completing your reservation.
