How to collect your badge.

Provide the email address used during registration.

Upload a recent photo (3.5 × 4.5 cm) taken within the last six months.

Present your passport or ID at the badge pick-up point.

Show the registration number sent to your email.

Your badge will be printed and handed to you.
What your badge gives you.
- Your badge grants access to all panel sessions, meetings and the exhibition area.
- Access to plenary sessions is granted by the organizers.
How to get into the Summit.

- 3Pass the security check through the metal detector.
- 4Once complete, you may enter the Summit venue.

Terms of Offer
This public offer sets out the terms of participation in the World Summit on Investing in Children's Wellbeing and the 2nd International Congress. By registering, the participant accepts these terms in full.
Registration & participation
Registration is completed online. The participant confirms that the information provided is accurate and agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of organizing the Summit.
Badge & access
The badge is personal and non-transferable. It grants access to the events specified by the organizers. Access to invitation-only and plenary sessions is determined by the organizers.
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Summit's privacy policy and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Participants may contact the Summit Secretariat regarding their data at investinchildren@ihma.uz.
Final provisions
This offer remains in effect throughout the preparation, conduct and conclusion of the Summit. The organizers may amend it where necessary. Matters not covered here are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct establishes the standards of behaviour expected of all participants and applies throughout the preparation, conduct and conclusion of the Summit. Participation in the Summit constitutes acceptance of this Code.
Scope
The Code applies to all participants — delegates, representatives of government bodies, international organizations, academia, civil society and the media, volunteers, contractors and support staff — across plenary and thematic sessions, roundtables, exhibitions, official receptions, cultural events and business meetings, both in person and online.
Guiding principles
The Summit is conducted on the principles of mutual respect, equality, inclusion, professionalism and a shared commitment to the wellbeing of children.
Rules of conduct
Participants are expected to act with integrity and courtesy, follow the organizers' instructions and venue safety rules, respect the schedule, and refrain from any conduct that disrupts the Summit's work.
Respect & non-discrimination
All forms of discrimination, harassment, offensive language and disrespectful behaviour are prohibited. Communication must remain respectful regardless of nationality, gender, religion, status or background.
